I feel compelled to write this review for Avalon Estates especially Anthony. I have conducted numerous property deals in the area over the years and have recently completed one sale and one letting very successfully with Anthonys’ help and assistance. I found him very knowledgeable, professional and responsive throughout the whole process. I would recommend both Anthony and Avalon Estates without reservation and will definitely being using their services in the future. A genuinely, well earned 5 Star Review.  

  Viewed our flat and within a couple days everything was sorted and ready for us to move in! Which is exactly what we wanted.. very responsive and efficient. Flats absolutely beautiful. Any issues are sorted very quickly and they’re always so friendly too! Recommend 10/10! Anthony and Chantelle in particular are always very helpful and professional. Thankyou Avalon

  Have been renting my property’s from Avalon estates for a fair while now and couldn’t fault them in the slightest. Always very responsive to any problems you have either within households or other general enquiries. Would highly recommend to absolutely everyone.  

  Have been with the agency for four years and have had a good experience all during this time. Maintenance issues have been fixed quickly, and help offered when needed. Any problems I've had have been sorted out quickly, and I have seen that the agency is offering support for any tenants struggling during this difficult time also. The manager, Ben, has always been friendly and helpful. As I have personally had a positive experience, I would recommend this agency to others.  

  I've had a great experience working with Avalon Estates, Anthony has been all over the details of my property sale and been pushing each party at the right time to make sure everything moves forward. He's updated me throughout the whole journey and is very competent!

From the moment I met yourself, to the group of removal lads that helped with the move, through to the engineer that came round within a few hours of being notified of a problem, your professionalism has shone through. Not only that, you display a good level of care for your clientele, a rare quality in the landlord world & one to be cherished. I was particularly impressed with your removal guys, who, despite turning up under the impression their task would be much smaller, cracked on with the difficult job they were presented with without any fuss, a can-do attitude & most importantly, good humour, which helped to make the whole experience more enjoyable & run a whole lot smoother. As my mother currently suffers from several health conditions & I am based in London, I find it reassuring to know that she is a tenant in your caring, capable hands.
